Collab templates

Your collection's collab brief on one page, before there is a contract. Communities run raffles from it in one click.

A collab template is the brief a collection owner used to paste into every DM: what the project is, the mint, what entrants do, what winners are told, the links. On Fealty it is one page with its own handle, app.fealty.club/t/<handle>, and any community running raffles on Fealty opens a raffle from it in one click. No contract is needed; when the contract launches, you link it and every raffle made from the template shows the real collection.

Making one

Collab managers: send projects app.fealty.club/templates/start. It shows a project what a template is (an example page, share card and PDF), and its one button signs them in and lands them on the form. The same link is on the Templates page and under My templates, with a copy button. The form's own link, /templates/new, leads a signed-out visitor to the same guide.

  1. Sign in and open My templates from the account menu (your avatar, top right), or go to app.fealty.club/templates/new. No profile or server is needed.
  2. Fill in the brief: name and handle, a tagline and description, the logo and banner (uploaded and framed on the spot), the mint (chain, date, price, supply; leave the date empty while it is TBA), the links, and the collab defaults: how many winners per community, raffle or FCFS, what winners are told, and the requirements (follow, like, repost, join a Telegram, leave an email), and who to contact (you, with your own X and Telegram, unless you say otherwise; up to three people).
  3. Switch Published on and save. Your page is live. Listed on Templates puts it in the directory too; switch it off for a link-only page.

Share the link with the communities you collab with. A template is yours to edit at any time; up to 20 per account.

How spots work

Every template runs in approved communities: you decide who runs your collab and how many spots each community gives away.

  • A community asks. On the template page, under Run this collab in your server, a collab manager picks one of their servers (each shows where it stands). A server without spots shows one short form: how many GTD and FCFS spots, optional team spots, a line for you (members, what they run, a link) and how to reach them. You get a notification, and the asks wait under Requests.
  • You answer under Requests. Each ask is one row: the community, what it asks for, its audience and its raffles' usual entries. Approve gives exactly what it asked in one tap; Review opens how to reach them, their note, and the full answer: each kind on its own (give 15 FCFS where they asked for 20), a message, Approve or Decline. They get a notification either way. Communities that already have spots can ask for more; those asks wait here too.
  • They run it. An approved server presses Run this collab (or picks the template from Or run a collab you have spots for on its new-raffle form), which opens four short steps: What you give (GTD, FCFS or both, each with its winners, prefilled to the spots left and never above them; both ticked creates both raffles in one go), Who can enter (your tasks, locked, plus anything the community adds: its holders, a Discord role, its own X), When, and the Discord post. Your title, description, banner, winner notes and mint wait under From the brief, filled in. Spots are winners in total: two raffles of 5 use 10 spots. A cancelled raffle gives its spots back, and a draft holds none until it's published. When you move the mint date on the brief, every raffle made from it follows.
  • You can also give spots first. Under Communities, Give a community spots: paste the server's invite link or ID (it needs Fealty added), or a web community's Fealty link, and the numbers.

Change a community's spots (Edit on its row under Communities) or remove it at any time; raffles it already made keep running. Raffles from a template's spots don't count toward the community's plan limit on active raffles.

You are notified each time a raffle is opened from your template. The raffle links back to the template: its card shows the template's logo beside the host's. The template page lists the public raffles running from it, and See all opens them on the Raffles page.

Team spots

Team spots are mint spots for the community's own team, with no raffle. A community asks for them beside its GTD and FCFS spots, and you give each community what you decide (none at all is fine); there is no default on the brief.

  • A deadline comes with them. When you give team spots you pick how long the community has to send its wallets: 24 hours by default, 48 hours, 3 days or until the mint. The person who asked gets a notification and a Discord DM, and one reminder 6 hours before the list closes if it is still short.
  • The community fills its list on the template page. One row per team spot: just a wallet, checked against the mint chain (no names: whose it is stays the community's business). They can paste a list, or add their own linked wallet in one tap. Anyone who runs raffles in that server can edit it until the deadline.
  • You can close the lists early, with notice. Under Communities, Close team lists closes every open list after 6, 12 or 24 hours; the communities still missing wallets get a last call first. You and your editors can change a list at any time, even after it closes (Edit on the community's row).
  • The wallets land with the winners, marked Team, in Winners, Copy wallets and the CSV. A wallet on more than one list (a raffle win and a team spot, or two communities) shows a small 2× mark; nothing is merged.

Your template's workspace

The public page is the brief, and stays a brief: what you act on lives in the template's workspace, app.fealty.club/templates/<handle>. Open it from My templates, or with Manage on the template page (only you and your editors see that strip). Its tabs: Requests, Communities, Raffles (every raffle made from it, any visibility, under the community that runs it), Winners, Share (the link, the card, the PDF, a post for X) and Edit brief. Long lists come twenty to a page, filtered and sorted from the top of the list.

Winners

Winners in the workspace lists everyone who won a raffle made from it, with the wallet they enter the mint with, the community and the raffle, then the team wallets; narrow it by spot kind (GTD, FCFS, Team) or community. Only you and your editors see it. Copy wallets copies the shown wallets one per line, and Download CSV gives you the whole list for your allowlist.

Linking the contract

Once the collection is deployed, open Edit brief and paste the contract address under Contract. Fealty finds it on every chain of its family and indexes it if the registry does not have it yet. From then on the template and every raffle made from it point at the real collection page, floor and all.

Archiving

A published template is archived by itself 30 days after its mint date: the page stays up, it leaves the directory and no new raffles open from it. You can archive sooner from Edit brief, reopen an archived template as a draft, and delete a template no raffle was ever made from.
