Fealty

Public profiles

Every user has a public page of what they did on Fealty, counted, never typed in.

Every Fealty user can have a public page at app.fealty.club/u/your-handle. It shows what Fealty counted, never what you typed in. A member's page carries their standing: their Fealty level (from the XP earned across every community), the raffles they won and their win rate, the quests they completed, and the communities they belong to with their place on each Holders' hall. A collab manager's or community manager's page carries their work instead: the raffles they created, the entries those drew, the winners they delivered, and the Houses they help run with their members.

Creating yours

  1. Sign in with Discord or X. X is enough on its own; you do not need a server of your own.
  2. Open My profile from the account menu (your avatar, top right).
  3. The editor fills itself in: your handle, name and bio from your X account, your languages and timezone from your browser, and, if you run raffles or help run a House, your role and headline from them and the collections your Houses list under Where you work. Each field says where its answer came from. Change anything you like.
  4. Press Publish profile, or Save as draft to keep it private for now. Unpublish (in the More menu) takes a published page back to a draft at any time.

Share it with Share on X on your page: the link unfurls with a card carrying your name, your roles and your numbers. On Fealty Pro the card can wear the Gold finish and a colour of your choice; a collab or community manager also gets Gold or Aurora through the Business plan of a House they help run.

Roles

A profile is a Member unless you pick a role: Collab manager, Community manager, or Both. Pick one only if that is what you do; it lists you in the CMs directory and opens the work sections of the editor (availability, work terms, where you work). The roles decide which numbers lead: a member leads with the raffles they won, someone who runs collabs with their raffles, a community manager with the Houses they help run. The share card follows the same rule.

What counts

  • Raffles. A raffle counts toward the profile of the team member who created it in the dashboard. Cancelled and archived raffles do not count. Entries, 30 days counts the entries your raffles drew in the last 30 days; it is the number the CMs directory ranks by. Raffles run in private still count in the totals but are not listed by name; only public raffles in public Houses appear in the list.
  • Communities. The Houses you are on the team of (or own), their Fealty members, the members who joined in the last 30 days, and the quests you created.

Work terms

Optional. You can say how you work (monthly retainer, per collab, mint share) and a starting rate. They show on your profile only if you set them, as a starting point; the final terms are always agreed between you and the project.

Chains

A profile works on all chains unless you say otherwise. If there are chains you do not work on, open Advanced in the editor and untick them: your profile then lists the ones you kept, and the directory's chain filter follows.

Where you work

List the NFT collections and DAOs you run collabs or the community for, with the month you started and, once it ends, the month it ended (Set end date in the row's menu). Each row is a collection or a DAO, and each has its own way of being confirmed.

Collections

Search the registry by name or paste the contract. Each row is your own claim until the collection's team confirms it:

  • Confirmed appears when a House that lists that collection confirms you: its server owner, or a team member with the Team permission, opens your profile and presses Confirm. They can withdraw it the same way.
  • On the team appears on its own when you sit on the team of a House that lists the collection. Nothing to press; it stops the moment you leave the team.
  • Not confirmed yet is how everyone else sees a claim, in muted type.

DAOs

Pick a DAO from Snapshot: search by name, or paste the link to its space, such as https://snapshot.box/#/s:ens.eth. Snapshot lists each space's admins, moderators and members by wallet, and Fealty compares that list with the wallets you linked on Fealty:

  • Verified on Snapshot appears while one of your linked wallets is an admin, moderator or member of that space. The editor says which role it found. Fealty checks when you add the DAO, once a day, and whenever you link or unlink a wallet; Check Snapshot again in the editor checks on the spot. If the space drops your wallet, the row goes back to not confirmed on the next check.
  • Not confirmed yet is how a Snapshot DAO shows until one of your wallets is on its list.

To get verified, ask the DAO to add your wallet to their Snapshot space (as a member, moderator or admin), or link the wallet they already list under Account.

A DAO that is not on Snapshot can still go on your profile: add it by name, with its website or X link if you like. It shows as Self-reported, since there is nothing for Fealty to check.

Before Fealty

Bring in the raffles you ran on other platforms from Import your history (under Before Fealty on your own profile, or at app.fealty.club/account/profile/import). The quickest way is your team's export from Alphabot, one file per team you ran raffles for:

  1. On Alphabot, open Team in the left menu.
  2. Under Settings, press Export all team raffles (CSV).
  3. On Fealty, choose that file and pick which creator name in it is yours. The export lists the whole team's raffles; only the ones under your name come in.

Team settings are open to some members only. If you do not see the Team page or the export button, ask the team's owner to export the file and send it to you; the import page has a message ready to copy.

You can also paste links, one per line, up to 300 at a time.

Fealty reads each Alphabot raffle page once, one page a second, and marks it Creator matched when the page names your linked Discord or X account as its creator. If none match, link the Discord or X account you ran them from under Account and import again. Pages on other platforms are not read; they come in as Self-reported. You review the list and pick what goes on your profile. The project whose Discord server ran a raffle can Confirm it from your profile.

Imported raffles show under Before Fealty, apart from your track record: they never change your Fealty numbers or your place in the directory. Fealty never asks for a platform key or password, and keeps no one else's account ids.

Vouching

The owner of a server, or a team member with the Team permission, can vouch for someone on their team from Team: one sentence per community, shown on that person's published profile. Clearing the text withdraws it.

The CMs directory

app.fealty.club/cm (CMs in the Discover menu) lists every published profile with a collab or community manager role, ranked by collabs; the community managers tab ranks by people engaged. Members' profiles are public but not listed here. Search by name or handle, and filter by chain, language and availability. The list opens once five such profiles are published; until then the page invites collab and community managers to create theirs. From then on, a profile with a role appears there the moment it is published.
