Fealty

Team and access

Per-member permission toggles with presets, plus shareable invite links.

Fealty has its own team access control, separate from Discord roles.

  • The Discord server owner always has full access, and billing is theirs alone.
  • Everyone else is invite-only by default, including people with Administrator or Manage Server. They get access only when you add them to the Fealty team. This keeps old or forgotten Discord admins from seeing and changing your server's Fealty.
  • The owner can flip a switch on the Team page to let Discord admins manage without an invite (Administrator maps to the Admin preset, Manage Server to Manager). Turn it back to invite-only anytime.

Permission toggles

Each member carries a set of permission toggles, so one person can hold exactly the mix you want (say Support plus Collabs & Raffles). Everyone on the roster can view the dashboard.

ToggleWhat it unlocks
VerificationCollections, holder role rules, staking
Collabs & RafflesCreate and run raffles, draw winners, export wallets
EngagementQuests, project X accounts, auto quest, level rewards, settings
SupportThe ticket desk: configuration, topics and every ticket
TeamManage members and invite links

Billing is not a toggle at all: plans, credit top-ups and invoices stay with the server owner. Payments are matched to the wallet of whoever creates the invoice, so keeping billing with the owner also keeps payment matching unambiguous.

When a member's set matches a familiar bundle, their badge shows its name (Admin = everything except billing, Manager = verification, raffles, engagement and support, Viewer = dashboard only, and so on); any other mix shows as Custom.

The safety rules

  • You can only grant or remove permissions you hold yourself. An Admin can hand out raffle access but can never touch billing.
  • Members holding the Team permission can only be edited or removed by the server owner, and nobody can change their own access.
  • If someone holds both a Discord-derived standing and Fealty toggles, they get the union of the two.
  • Every page and action re-checks permissions server-side, so a Viewer with a saved URL still can't change anything.

Inviting people

On Team, create an invite link with the permissions toggled on, a use limit and an expiry (defaults: single-use, expires in 7 days), then share it. Whoever redeems the link (signed in with Discord) joins your team with exactly those permissions; a link can only carry permissions its creator holds. An invite only ever adds access, so an existing admin who clicks a viewer link keeps everything they have. Adjust a member's toggles from the roster, or remove them; revoke a link to stop new redemptions.
